Just placed an order? That's awesome - we cannot wait to get your products shipped out to you.

Please note that shipping estimates are from the time of dispatch, rather than from the time you place the order online. Timings can vary depending on the products you purchase. Don't forget that many of our products are fresh, handmade and include natural ingredients!

If your stuff hasn't arrived in a few days, don't panic - it's coming! :-)

All shipping rates will be calculated via Australia/ International Post e-Parcel service according your location and the weight of the parcel. Shipping Times will also be *estimated via Australia (and International) Post.

(Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods. Example: Easter, Christmas and New Year, Product launches and Sales)

Please note, due to weight restrictions within Australia Post the postage cost for multiple items will be the multiple of the listed postage price for your country.

Please allow approximately 7-21 business days for international delivery (Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).

Please note the above shipping times apply from the day that your order is shipped, NOT the day that you order.

Due to customs regulations, deliveries may be subject to random examinations and scans and possible duties charges and taxes. 

Please note if customs duty charges do occur, this charge is of liability to our customer. We do however ensure our orders are sent by ‘gift’ to help avoid these charges from occurring

Please note all international orders are sent via Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, LOMANI HOME AND BODY WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COSTS OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT COSTS NEEDED TO FULLFILL YOUR ORDER. IF THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS PROVIDED, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE AMOUNT NECESSARY TO RE-SEND THE ORDER INTO OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

The same applies to incomplete shipping addresses (missing key factors), such as the zip code, house number, street type, city, or province etc. Address labels are printed out automatically using the exact shipping address that you provide when you order, so if your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect in any way, then it is out of our hands.

Upon placing an order for your Lomani Home & Body items, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you check your shipping address details to ensure our products can be with you ASAP!

If the information in your confirmation email is incorrect, then please contact us immediately at orders@lomanihomeandbody.com and we will do our best to get your Lomani Home & Body order back on track. Please note that once the order is out the door, it is out of our hands!
